Responsibilities
Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
Assist with preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Maintain documentation for revenue, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Enter accounting related information into business logs
Reports to the Branch Controller
Qualification
Required
Minimum of Associate's degree in accounting
Willingness to pursue a Bachelor's degree for potential future advancement
2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with accounting software and systems
Strong Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills for collaboration with team members and colleagues
Flexibility to participate in clerical tasks as required
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
