Responsibilities
Maintain & Repair Building Systems: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable operation
Support Operations & Compliance: Assist with equipment installation, review work orders, estimate time and materials, track completion, and verify systems meet energy efficiency, safety, and code requirements
Follow Standard Procedures & Team Processes: Complete assigned tasks by following defined routines and guidelines, use established procedures to resolve routine issues, and communicate clearly while working under supervision
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Hold a Universal CFC certification
High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to follow standard work routines using established procedures
Ability to meet physical job requirements
Communicate clearly
Stay organized with an inquisitive mindset
Perform tasks in accordance with safety standards and applicable labor agreements
