The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Information Technology (IT) Specialist II to join the Network Engineering Group within the Information Technology Branch. The role involves supporting the EDD's enterprise IT operations, implementing and maintaining statewide IT systems, and fostering positive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support the EDD's enterprise IT operations, including hardware and software components and the confidential data managed by the organization

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and operation of statewide IT systems

Help shape the transformation into a customer-focused service organization by adhering to the Branch's cultural principles

Play a key role in fostering positive communication and building relationships with vendors, colleagues, management, and clients
