Qualification
Required

Ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional communication via email and phone
Team-oriented and flexible
Business-level English and Japanese required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with QuickBooks required
Strong customer service and email communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred
