Data Integrity Advisor

Responsibilities
Lead analytical conversations with state, county, and Tribal leaders. Translate trends and research into actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Systems Improvement teams and public agencies to ensure the delivery of accurate, measurable outcome data for youth and families involved with the child welfare system
Design innovative dashboards and storytelling products. Implement advanced visualization techniques to ensure data is impactful and accessible to diverse audiences
Develop and deliver training to enhance the data literacy of internal staff and external partners. Consult on the use of data for continuous quality improvement and strategic decision-making
Foster effective working relationships across Casey, public child welfare systems, universities, and community agency partners
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in social sciences, social work, public health, quantitative sciences, or related field required, plus 5 years practical, applied experience in a child welfare policy, practice, or research setting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of or familiarity with Tableau
Demonstrated ability to learn other pertinent software programs as required
Intermediate knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis with the ability to translate complex findings into practical implications
Proven ability to create graphical displays of data and write reports tailored for diverse audiences, including practitioners and legislators
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to lead high-level technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, stressful work environment while balancing the responsibilities and stressors inherent in the role
Ability to work onsite full-time to meet the collaborative responsibilities that are essential for position. Regular and reliable attendance is required
Physical requirements include the ability to lift and reach for light objects; ability to type and work at a computer for extended periods of time as a primary job function
Ability to protect the confidentiality of sensitive information by learning and following all relevant policies and protocols and using sound judgement in the handling and sharing of that information
Local travel as well as occasional out of town travel may be required. Driving on Casey business may require use of personal vehicle; adherence to vehicle safety guidelines and qualification for insurance is required
