Global Sales Director - Social

Responsibilities
Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives for Social Element
Own global pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of revenue targets for Social Element
Drive new business development, leading complex, multi-market sales cycles from prospecting through close
Learn MarketFully Solutions to eventually integrate Social Element GTM into broader MarketFully portfolio sales
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, product, and leadership to support go-to-market initiatives
Represent Social Element at industry events, client meetings, and thought-leadership opportunities
Ensure disciplined use of CRM, sales processes, and reporting to support scalable growth
Qualification
Required
10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven record of closing complex, high-value deals in digital, media, marketing services, or technology sectors
Demonstrated experience leading global sales teams and operating in cross-cultural, international environments
Deep understanding of social media, digital engagement trends, and agency models
Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven with expertise in forecasting, CRM tools, KPI measurement, and pipeline management
Ability to travel internationally as required to meet clients and lead key strategic initiatives
Preferred
Existing network with global brand decision-makers and agency partners
Experience selling consultative services, integrated campaigns, and multi-service offerings
Comfort presenting at industry events, webinars, and client roundtables
Experience working with remote and matrixed teams
