Premier Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead civil/site land development projects across the state. This role will manage full project lifecycles from concept through approval, ensuring high-quality design and effective coordination with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver full civil/site land development projects, from planning to agency approvals
Develop detailed site designs including stormwater systems, grading, utilities, and erosion & sediment control plans
Prepare concept plans, detailed site plans, subdivision plans, and technical engineering reports
Navigate municipal and state permitting processes and prepare required regulatory documentation
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Serve as a primary point of contact for technical questions, project status, and design coordination

Civil engineering fundamentalsNew Jersey land developmentProfessional engineering licenseAutoCAD Civil 3DCommunication skillsDetail-focusedWork independentlyWork collaboratively

Required

5–10+ years of civil/site land development experience
Professional engineering license (P.E.) in New Jersey or ability to obtain; E.I.T. required
Demonstrated experience with New Jersey permitting, municipal approvals, and NJDEP processes
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or comparable stormwater design tools
Strong communication skills with ability to balance multiple concurrent projects
Detail-focused, accountable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
