Support marketing campaigns, digital content, and community outreach initiatives
Assist with tours, presentations, and communication with prospective residents
Help coordinate events, open houses, and community programs
Manage marketing materials, online platforms, and brand messaging
Track leads and follow-up activities in our CRM system
Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy and awareness goals
Serve as a positive, welcoming ambassador of our mission
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma/GED
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer service, or sales support
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to perform essential job functions and ensure resident and workplace safety
Comfort with computers, digital tools, and social media platforms
A warm, compassionate approach when interacting with seniors and families
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative spirit and commitment to our nonprofit mission
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree
