Action Property Management is seeking an exceptional individual to join their elite team as a Full-Time Lobby Ambassador at The Carlyle. In this role, you will be the face of The Carlyle, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring residents and guests feel welcome and valued.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction

Greeting residents, guests, and other visitors in the motor court or at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner

Politely welcoming people who may drive or walk up to the motor court and front door

Being familiar with the parking structure and where resident and visitor vehicles are to be parked

Valet parking all resident, guest, and visitor vehicles that enter the building in the appropriate spaces

Performing package check-in and delivery and bell service as needed, including assisting people with the removal of personal items from vehicles

Qualification

Required

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

At least 2 years of customer service experience

1 year of hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience

Must be willing to Valet as all these positions will be cross-trained in everything

Must have a valid California Driver's License

Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Upbeat and positive team player attitude

Strong judgment and solutions-oriented

Proactive customer service approach

Preferred

Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
