Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs

Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables

Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders

Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market
