Responsibilities
Provide end user support for a custom application that is used by 3000+ users
Support users with application configuration, configuration resets, data export, application use and other end user questions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs
Provide clear explanations and patience with user issues and quick responses
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's Degree and Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a help desk person or customer support team. Without a Degree, 4 years of direct experience
Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly
Experience with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Mobile application support
Experience providing the “customers” voice to the testing process
