Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit video content for social media, campaigns, events, and brand activations

Create short-form, native UGC-style content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts

Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and real-time content on shoots and at events

Edit both short-form and long-form video assets for multiple platforms

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to shape visual storytelling

Organize footage, manage files, and deliver assets on time and to spec

Stay current on social trends, formats, and platform best practices

Required

2–4 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation (agency, freelance, or brand experience accepted)

Strong portfolio or reel showcasing shooting, editing, and social-first content

Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)

Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio

Comfortable shooting on camera and/or directing talent

Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

Preferred

Motion graphics or light animation

Experience shooting events or live environments

Drone experience (licensed preferred)

Strong instincts for what performs on social and why

A creator who understands internet culture and brand storytelling

Someone who can move fast without cutting corners

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment
