Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner and business contact for ERP and financial systems
Support, administer, and enhance a cloud-based ERP platform and related manufacturing applications
Oversee day-to-day system operations including job monitoring, reporting, configurations, and enhancements
Act as the liaison between business users, IT partners, and external vendors
Gather requirements from finance, operations, and manufacturing teams and translate them into system solutions
Prioritize system requests, enhancements, and projects with minimal oversight
Qualification
Required
5+ years of ERP (Oracle Fusion) administration and support experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and shop floor processes
Experience working with cloud-based ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion
Ability to analyze business requirements and design practical system solutions
Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives (SOX or similar) - A MUST
Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data analysis
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
