Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic organizational decision-making
Develop financial models, conduct detailed financial and operational analysis, and collaborate with various departments to track performance against financial goals
Prepare reports for stakeholders and foster the efficient use of financial resources across the organization

Required

Comprehensive understanding of Finance to evaluate organizational financial health and drive performance optimization
Proven ability to manage and analyze data, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial reports to stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Preferred

MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred
Prior experience in managing finance or analysis roles within mission-driven or non-profit organizations is a plus
