Responsibilities
Create check requests and Purchase Orders using company eProcurement system
Receive incoming deliveries
Receive purchase orders
Confirm, monitor due dates, expedite, and follow up of existing purchase orders
Upload Purchasing Agreements in Cobblestone
Work with Accounts Payable to process invoices
Complete new vendor request and follow up with vendors on HE&R Terms & Conditions
Acquire pricing from vendors
Update the procurement project Google spreadsheet with pricing and tracking of deliveries
Organize the bid sheets for RFPs
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers and vendors
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Completion of high school or GED
Preferred
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word and Google
Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time
