GoTo Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Program Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain programs and strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate planning, timely execution, and effective monitoring of programs, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and risk management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with supply chain brand managers, 3rd party distributors, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders on LTOs, market tests, product transitions, and strategic sourcing initiatives

Develop project timelines, recommend risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans

Monitor and track key milestones, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks as needed

Monitor supply chain program performance in real time during execution to identify issues early and recommend course corrections

Track results post-event to evaluate effectiveness against KPIs, timelines, and cost metrics

Compile data into actionable insights and develop executive summaries with recommendations for future initiatives

Conduct postmortem reviews to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners related to all managed programs/events

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment on key deliverables and deadlines

Drive communication and transparency across all phases of program execution

Support efforts to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance execution and scalability

Help maintain and evolve project management templates, tools, and best practices

Required

Bachelors

2+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or related roles

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred

Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar project management software
