Own the month-end close and annual audits for international entities
Implement best-in-class controls and processes to streamline global reporting
Collaborate with tax and treasury teams to optimize strategies and cash flow
Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to support growth and expansion
Mentor and develop a talented accounting team
Play a key role in international expansion projects-occasional travel is included!

Qualification

CPAInternational accountingMicrosoft OfficeERP systemsBig 4 experienceDirect sales experienceMLM industry experienceLeadership skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years of experience in international accounting
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex global operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Preferred

CPA strongly preferred
Big 4 background a plus
Experience in direct sales or MLM industry is a bonus
