Responsibilities
Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance
Represent firm in meetings with client, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigation, establish schedule, prepare proposal material, review with Principal or other Project Manager and finalize proposal
Participate in business development for prospective clients and maintain ongoing relations with current clients
Manage up to two Project Managers who supervise a total of 4 to 8 employees within the Engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university
At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support)
PE certification required
A motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team
