Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Governance Regulatory Review

Walmart is seeking a Director, Governance Regulatory Review, to join the Enterprise & Regulatory Risk Management team. This key leadership role involves leading the company’s regulatory risk assessment program and collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with assurance partners on the enterprise risk assessment calendar to ensure that all assurance activity occurs in a streamlined, prioritized, and efficient fashion
Develop digestible, comprehensive risk assessment reports for an executive audience
Conduct data analysis to help determine possible risk indicators, risk drivers, root causes, and opportunities for comprehensive mitigation strategies
Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders across the enterprise, including Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, and Business partners

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
3 years' supervisory experience
4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
