They are seeking a Deputy Program Manager who will be responsible for the overall performance of the contract and will establish effective customer relationships while managing diverse tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

The DPM is expected to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government

The DPM shall possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills and demonstrate the ability to manage in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice taskings under high pressure situations

The DPM shall be available within one hour during normal work hours to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative

After normal business hours, the DPM shall be available within two hours, after notification, to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative

Required

Industry recognized certification in Program and/or Project Management or Facility Management

Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Structural), or another related field

Ten (10) years' experience managing multiple aspects of building operations; two (2) years of which shall have been with a contract of similar size and scope

This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
