Responsibilities

Train subordinates in reaching key decision makers and to form positive relationships with them
Train subordinates to prepare and conduct sales presentations and proposals to those customers and potential customers
Train subordinates to develop and execute programs designed to gain incremental business with those customers
Coordinate programs and promotions between the distributors, ARKRAY end user customers and the field sales force
Direct sales responsibility for key clients
Develop pricing strategies per market segment
Prepare Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP), teach and instruct team on completing favorable and competitive “Requests”
Maintain an awareness of industry and competitive activity necessary for successful business development
Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in other ARKRAY departments so as to address customer and subordinate needs. Also to keep the organization informed of industry changes and competitive issues
Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by management
