Assessing delinquencies
Providing effective solutions to mitigate losses such as loan modifications or repayment plans
Working closely with members to resolve financial hardships
Reviewing loan files
Collaborating with internal teams to manage defaulted loans
Overseeing delinquent consumer and mortgage loans
Managing cases involving defaults, foreclosures or repossessions
Monitoring compliance with regulations
Ensuring timely resolution of borrower issues
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in problem-solving
Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of financial services, loan management, and loss mitigation strategies
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and collections practices
Proficiency in computer systems and relevant financial software applications
