Responsibilities

Providing general HR support to leaders and employees across the United States and acting as a liaison to external partners

Managing the HR inbox by triaging requests, responding with professionalism and urgency, and delegating or escalating appropriately so work keeps moving

Facilitating onboarding from offer accepted through day one, coordinating pre-start steps, keeping managers and Talent Acquisition Manager informed, and helping ensure a smooth first-week experience

Processing employee benefits enrollments and changes, administering 401(k) plan and annual reporting requirements, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation

Partnering with the HR Leadership team to navigate employee relations concerns, conducting investigations with discretion and consistency, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation in HRIS and employee files
