Required

Bachelors degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT experience in a Healthcare environment

Certification for at least one Epic Clinical Application

5+ Years within I.T

Three (3) Years Hospital Health Care Organizations Business Analysis

Above Average Verbal Communication Skills (Heavy Public Contact)

Exceptional Verbal Communication Skills (e.g., Public Speaking)

Writing / Composing Skills (Correspondence / Reports)

Analytical Skills

Design Skills

Research Skills

Statistical Skills

Be available to work on site (after hours) as needed

Ability to recommend process improvements based upon industry standards in addition to resolving integrated process issues

Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, be able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines

Preferred

At least 1 year of Epic Project and/or Epic Team Lead experience

Healthcare Information Technology experience

Experience providing hands-on clinical patient care in a hospital or clinic setting
