Responsibilities

Set the US strategic direction for the TMTI franchise, including annual planning, market development, and competitive positioning
Serve as the primary US voice influencing global TMTI strategy, messaging, and product roadmap
Maintain deep expertise in the Mitral and Tricuspid market, including customer needs, clinical trends, competitive dynamics, and product performance
Lead the development and execution of the US marketing plan to drive demand, support the commercial organization, and achieve annual sales goals
Oversee creation of promotional tools, scientific and clinical messaging, sales enablement resources, and customer engagement programs
Collaborate with new product development through sharing customer insights, sales feedback, requirements definition, concept validation, and financial analysis
Ensure alignment and collaboration with Sales, Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, Pricing, Sales Training, Materials Management, Business Development, and Commercial Excellence
Partner with leaders across TAVI, Mitral, and Tricuspid therapies to identify synergies, share best practices, and elevate marketing effectiveness across the Structural Heart portfolio
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-5 brand and product managers
Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration
Oversee performance management, engagement, recognition, and professional development
Deliver on assigned goals within budget and timelines
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory, quality, and EHS requirements
Travel 30%-40% domestically to support business objectives, meeting and conference support

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing within healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics
Prior Management Experience of Product Marketing Managers
Proven success leading high‑performing teams
Strong understanding of medical device technologies, customer dynamics, and sales processes
Knowledge of regulations and standards governing medical devices
Demonstrated ability to develop, articulate, and execute strategic plans
Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to make sound decisions amid competing priorities
Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
High proficiency with databases, analytics tools, and business software

MBA or Master's preferred
