Responsibilities
Partner with Product Owners to build and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and prioritized backlogs
Lead multiple product teams, monitoring progress and removing barriers to delivery
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support product development throughout the full lifecycle
Foster self‑organization, collaboration, and decision‑making across teams
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient practices
Communicate initiative‑level status updates, metrics, and progress to senior leadership
Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
Contribute to Agile and Product communities to strengthen adoption and best practices
Inspire team members through leadership, accountability, and adherence to Agile principles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
10 years in a lead role on Scrum or business‑led initiatives, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of iterative development and software delivery processes
Expertise in Agile practices and service‑oriented environments
High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
Strong ability to resolve conflicts and drive alignment
Preferred
Experience leading Agile teams in SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
Leadership experience in large, complex, cross‑functional environments
Advanced skills in JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in reporting and metrics creation
Experience managing budgets and understanding product financials
