Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions
Conduct in-depth consultations with policyholders to assess their coverage requirements and suggest enhancements
Meet and exceed individual sales targets by actively promoting and selling insurance products
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and updates, ensuring they have the right coverage at all times
Develop strategies to retain clients and minimize attrition by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology tools
Preferred
Possess an active California Property & Casualty License is preferred. Licensing assistance is provided
Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred
Korean or Spanish bilingual is a Bonus
