Client Success Specialist

STAQ Pharma is a 503B outsourcing facility producing sterile injectable medications for hospitals and health systems. They are seeking a Client Success Specialist to support the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to order coordination and ongoing support, partnering with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate customer data and documentation
Verify customer credentials and required documents, including DEA registration and state licensure
Onboard new customers and send ordering access information and login credentials
Serve as a primary customer contact for questions on availability, order status, and shipping timelines
Provide daily follow-up and proactive outreach to meet service expectations
Process and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and urgency
Coordinate shipments and ensure customers receive clear updates throughout the order lifecycle
Document customer communications and next steps in Salesforce (CRM)
Support travel and tradeshow coordination for the commercial team
Partner with Accounting to support accurate invoicing and timely billing
Generate reports and trackers (Excel-heavy) to support team visibility and follow-through
Assist with packaging/shipping of pharmaceutical products as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Required

Highly organized, detail-driven, tech-comfortable, and able to manage multiple time-sensitive requests

Microsoft Excel proficiency required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2+ years continuous experience in customer service, pharmacy, warehouse, fulfillment, or related operations
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; occasional pushing/pulling of pallets or product containers

Preferred

Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare operations, regulated manufacturing (cGMP), customer support, order fulfillment, or 503B outsourcing preferred
MDS (Systems House) experience is a plus
