Responsibilities
Stocks and bills out all dealer trades in new and used inventory
Processes purchase paperwork
Processes dealer trades
Verifies rebate payments and all liens are paid in full or otherwise makes appropriate payoffs
Assist with sales commissions
Respond to vendor inquiries by phone or email
Assist with month-end closing tasks
Enter data accurately into accounting systems
Maintain compliance with company policies
Support accounting team and special projects as needed
Perform other assigned duties
Qualification
Required
Entry-level candidates welcome – no experience required
Positive, driven mindset with a willingness to learn
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
Strong communication and organization skills
High school diploma or GED required
Must pass background check and drug screen
