Responsibilities

Manage daily front desk operations and patient flow

Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the provider schedule

Handle patient check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth

Verify insurance, explain treatment plans, and collect payments

Oversee office systems, forms, and communication processes

Serve as the main point of contact for patient concerns and questions

Support workflow improvements and team coordination

Assist the dentist chairside as needed

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Take dental x-rays and assist with impressions and procedures

Support clinical team during busy or short-staffed periods

Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
