The Quality Control Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring state compliance and company standards by performing inventory audits, tracking product, and maintaining accurate reporting of inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Participate in perpetual inventory cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks

Complete inventory procedures using electronic tracking system (ETS) and respond to any discrepancies by notifying management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy

Review inventory in POS and METRC systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

Responsible for the settlement of inventory discrepancies and reporting the resolution of such discrepancies

Maintains compliance with METRC, ensures METRC inventory is up to date with POS system

Participate in Quarterly/Yearly Audits

Comply with inventory control procedures

Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure

Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software

Must be 21 years of age or older
