They are seeking a Technician III to join its Computer Platform Service Batch Operations team, responsible for monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting IT schedules and jobs in Control-M mainframe and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage batch operations in Control-M environments
Schedule and troubleshoot mainframe and enterprise jobs
Provide technical support and documentation for supported applications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Maintain accurate records of job runs, incidents, and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 2nd shift Work hours: Wed-Fri 1:30-10:30pm, Saturday 5:30pm-6:30am CT
Control-M: 5+ years of experience
JCL: 5+ years of experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills (5+ years)
Preferred
Experience with CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL mainframe systems and tools like Changeman
Knowledge of Informatica and MS Office Suite
Previous government experience, especially with DWD environments, is a plus
