Responsibilities
Own and manage QuickBooks across holding companies and project-level SPVs
Track and capitalize development, construction, and operating costs
Manage AP/AR and cash across entities
Prepare monthly and quarterly lender reporting and track covenant compliance
Maintain clean, audit-ready financials
Coordinate with external CPAs, auditors, and tax advisors
Track operating asset performance vs. budgets
Support production reporting, billing, and community solar revenue reconciliation
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or asset management
Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
Comfortable working directly with lenders and auditors
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a lean team
Preferred
Experience with project-based or asset-backed financing (solar, renewables, real estate, or infrastructure preferred)
CPA or public accounting background is a plus, not required
