Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals

Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs

Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to minimize impact

Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team collaboration

Communicate well with team members and suppliers and work collaboratively
