Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations within a manufacturing‑driven environment

Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and production margin reviews

Manage all aspects of inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy, controls, and timely reporting

Drive the monthly and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement support

Collaborate with production, supply chain, sales, and leadership teams to ensure accurate financial data and strong operational alignment

Serve as a key contributor in the transition from AS400 to Microsoft Dynamics, including process mapping, testing, data validation, and system optimization

Evaluate and improve accounting policies, procedures, and reporting tools

Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting team members
