Responsibilities

Cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project

Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates

Conduct risk assessments, report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)

Promptly address performance related questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project

Developing and providing assessments associated with contractor team performance, including quality, cost control, schedule, management, and compliance to all contract requirement

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business-related discipline from an accredited university

Five (5) years of programmatic and financial support experience

Three (3) years of experience in providing high level graphics support, database creation using MS Access, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software; management, financial, and funding analysis, production of technical manuals and production books. Advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio

Three (3) years of the five years including experience with U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions

An active DoD Secret security clearance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate

Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed

High comfort level working with and around all military/organizational levels, clients, customers, suppliers, and visitors

Must be highly reliable and demonstrate personal initiative to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
