Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage calls with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate new client inquiries and schedule consultations
Lead CAREGiver hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and record management
Support billing, payroll, and record-keeping tasks
Help coordinate staff meetings and training sessions
Maintain office supplies and support daily operations
Participate in special projects and provide occasional caregiving support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Prior office, customer service, or healthcare experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office tools
Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-focused
