Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive global communications strategies that align with enterprise objectives and support organizational transformation initiatives
Lead the execution of employee engagement, purpose-driven communications strategies, change management communications programs (inc. EVO) to facilitate successful adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts across the organization
Oversee internal communications, ensuring alignment of key messages, brand voice, and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels and geographies
Drive employee engagement through transparent, timely, and impactful communication initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communications and change management strategies, leveraging analytics to inform future actions and optimize outcomes
Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change, proactively addressing concerns and providing guidance to leaders and teams during periods of transition
Champion best practices in communications and change leadership, staying current on industry trends and leveraging new digital tools to enhance reach and impact

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
A minimum 15 years in global communications, corporate affairs, internal engagement, change management/communication experience, operations (inc. manufacturing) and corporate communications prowess with at least 5 years in a global role is required
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional communications and change in a global, matrixed environment
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across regions and time zones
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
International or domestic travel should be expected up to 10% of the time

Preferred

Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries highly preferred
