Responsibilities

The Project Manager Lead (PML) shall serve as the Government's first point of contact for all facility construction activities

Qualification

Facilities ManagementCADD SoftwareProject ManagementMicrosoft ProjectIntelligence Community Directive Knowledge

Required

Seven (7) years of experience managing a multitude of facilities, sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects within established cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines

Seven (7) years of experience with operation of commercial and/or Government facilities

Experience with advising, guiding, and coordinating with customers, including acquiring and accurately documenting renovation and repair requirements

Knowledge of Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) software for space utilization and shop drawing development

Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling

Experience working with Architectural and Design personnel

Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and all applicable codes and regulations

This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
