They are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage inventory levels, coordinate logistics for shipments, and ensure timely vendor communication, particularly with their China office.

Responsibilities
Analyze sales history, demand trends, and forecasts to generate timely purchase orders and maintain optimal inventory levels
Partner with our China Office to place purchase orders and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Develop and maintain a vendor guide outlining requirements and expectations; manage chargebacks for vendor non-compliance
Keep Airtable (internal database) and SAP ERP systems up to date with purchase order and container details
Coordinate logistics for container shipments to our Dallas warehouse, ensuring on-time arrivals
Provide clear, timely communication to internal teams and customers on inventory levels, backorder ETAs, and shipment schedules
Identify and execute initiatives to reduce slow-moving inventory and improve inventory turns
Support the development and enforcement of inventory policies, procedures, and best practices
Prepare and present inventory reports and dashboards for leadership review
Run allocation and fulfillment reports to support backorder management
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and able to work on-site in Irving, TX
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory planning and warehouse management
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, NetSuite or similar acceptable)
Advanced Excel skills and high comfort with data analysis
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work directly with the CEO and cross-functional partners
Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
Naturally analytical, data-driven, and business-minded
Team-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships with both vendors and colleagues
Mandarin Chinese (used for daily vendor communication) (Required)
Ability to Commute: Irving, TX 75038 (Required)

Ability to read business documents in Simplified Chinese
