As a Program Manager of Business Operations, you will lead transformational initiatives, drive complex programs, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Drive large-scale business programs from initiation through delivery and adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and maintain program charters, integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Scope, execute, and manage delivery using project management and change management methodologies, while promoting stakeholder readiness
Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other functional teams to align on milestones, success metrics, and quote-to-cash process improvements
Analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and design effective business processes to incorporate into functional requirements
Coordinate project teams and external vendors to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery and adherence to governance standards
Provide executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, issues, and budget health, escalating with mitigation options as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience leading business process and system transformation projects
Strong expertise in project management, program management, change management, and business process design
Experience with quote-to-cash processes and Salesforce; CPQ
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive presence and ability to present to VPs and occasionally CEO
Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate across Sales, Finance, and IT
Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities

Preferred

Strong ability to lead large-scale transformational programs and drive adoption
Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Noetix, or Power BI.)
Experience in software or technology-enabled organizations
