Responsibilities
Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for all customer-facing processes
Service as the customer service point of contact for key accounts
Handle escalated and complex customer inquiries, complaints and sensitive customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Act as a point of contact between Sales and Operations to ensure key accounts are handled with care
Enter orders through alpha/numeric data entry
Process change orders, calculate credits and issue returns
Process EDI orders
Research freight claims and shipment status
Calculate customer credits
Identify solutions to resolve order problems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Perform administrative task as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, some college preferred
Minimum of four years of distribution, warehouse, or professional office Customer Service experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience with specialized warehouse order entry computer systems
Strong alpha/numeric keyboarding skills
Ability to type 40+ wpm
Must be able to read, write and speak in English
