Responsibilities

Orchestrate the Candidate Journey: Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal teams to ensure a professional, positive, and memorable experience for everyone involved
Drive the Offer Process: Manage the offer approval and generation process with precision and confidentiality, ensuring every offer is accurate, compliant, and delivered in a timely manner to our future team members
Champion Data Integrity and Process Improvement: Serve as a steward of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining meticulous records and identifying opportunities to streamline our recruiting processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience
A background in HR, recruiting coordination, or a similar administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or manufacturing environment
Direct experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential, including a preference for Oracle or Harmony system knowledge
Organizational Mastery: A wizard of organization and time management, capable of juggling high-volume scheduling and multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills and a customer-service mindset, enabling you to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners alike
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems

Preferred

Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards for hiring in a corporate environment
