Responsibilities
Support the bi-weekly development of project status reports, coordinating updates with all workstreams
Review status reports for completeness and accuracy, following up with stakeholders as needed
Conduct quality assurance checks on status reports using established guidelines and checklists
Draft meeting minutes for project status meetings and distribute action items to responsible parties
Log, track, and follow up on completion of project status action items
Coordinate with project teams to ensure RAID logs are accurately maintained and up to date
Develop and distribute weekly RAID reports based on provided templates
Assist with the change control process by confirming tickets meet established standards and tracking approval transmittals
Serve as a point of contact for documentation accuracy, timeline adherence, and escalation of issues as necessary
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication abilities for coordination and follow-up
Experience in managing and tracking project documentation
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple project teams
Familiarity with status reporting and action item tracking processes
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Preferred
Previous experience in project management support or PMO environments
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Understanding of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log management
Experience in supporting change control processes and documentation
Exposure to IT, technology, or consulting projects
Experience with quality assurance practices and use of checklists for report validation
