Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls (approximately 40 calls a day)

Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities

Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents

Closing out completed installations

Collecting deposits and final payments

Scheduling final measurements at time of sale
