Work on seasonal sketches and trim details to support design intent
Fit development: assist in sketch pass off, organization and agenda for fit sessions/reviews, sketch updates thru development and bulk stages during fittings
Product development functions & processes: Tech pack creation and line finalization
Trend and Runway research for new ideas and concept development
Trim developments
Organize seasonal category design presentations for leadership reviews
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 +years of working in design
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design preferred
Efficient in creating flats by illustrator sketching
Must be technically skilled with understanding of garment construction & fit requirements
Has knowledge of tech pack creation
Detail oriented with superior organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint, and PLM/Centric systems
