Responsibilities
Manage key risk management processes to support Oracle’s Risk Management Framework
Support the assessment, management, and reporting on program risks and issues
Ensures work products meet (and frequently exceed) quality requirements
Manage the production lifecycle of contracted risk management deliverables
Support risk analysts in the risk identification, assessment, and mitigation of program-wide risks impacting the critical path
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of business analyst/risk management experience in a program/project environment
Strong analytical and administrative skills
Prior experience with federal markets and risk management
Expert communicator, self-led, team player
Bachelors degree
Familiar with PMI and Agile principles
Required travel up to 10%
US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
