As a Senior Product Associate in the Connected Commerce, Wallets and Lending team, you will work directly with a scrum team to deliver innovative digital wallet solutions, collaborating with product owners and engineers to prioritize features and ensure the delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Prioritize a feature backlog for scrum team and be actively involved in getting work ready for delivery

Answer day-to-day product questions and co-ordinate refinement sessions for engineers to guide execution and delivery

Design key engagement ceremonies with product owners and stakeholders to lead project execution

Identify and resolve key project impediments utilizing agreed upon escalation frameworks and mitigation tactics

Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of key project artifacts

Create transparent and accurate updates on project status and socialize those updates with all relevant stakeholders

Identify, coordinate and sequence dependencies on other product teams; Help remove impediments for the team

Initiate commitment for critical dependencies – including facilitating elaboration sessions, helping to secure resources, etc
