Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Test Automation: Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver for web-based and API applications
Framework Development: Build, enhance, and maintain existing test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model (POM), BDD with SpecFlow/Cucumber) to be robust, scalable, and reusable
Test Execution & Analysis: Execute automated test cases, analyze results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues
Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI to facilitate continuous testing and faster feedback
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members in an Agile/Scrum environment to understand application requirements, align testing strategies, and promote best practices
Documentation and Reporting: Document test plans, test cases, and test results, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
Cross-Browser and API Testing: Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience, and conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestSharp
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, performing root cause analysis to ensure the reliability and scalability of test suite
Qualification
Required
Strong programming skills in C#
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts
Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and BDD with SpecFlow/Cucumber
10+ Years of experience
Healthcare claims experience
Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI
Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience in documenting test plans, test cases, and test results
Experience in performing cross-browser and cross-platform testing
Experience in conducting API testing using tools like Postman or RestSharp
Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation issues
