They are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of their outpatient treatment clinic, focusing on patient experience and clinic efficiency.

Responsibilities
Answering and routing phone calls professionally
Responding to phone and in-person inquiries regarding intake and transfer procedures
Ensuring effective communication among clinic departments
Checking in patients and facilitating the patient intake process
Collecting patient fees and accurately entering transactions into Methasoft
Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with all patients
Protecting confidentiality of sensitive data and patient identities
Delivering medication to patients unable to access the clinic in person, in accordance with clinic policies and procedures
Ensuring a safe environment for both employees and patients
Maintaining adequate inventory of supplies and equipment
Daily restocking of clinic areas
Maintaining office equipment and scheduling repairs as needed
Designing, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date filing systems
Making copies and performing general administrative support tasks
Participating in management-led meetings related to policies and strategic development
Staying current on industry standards through continuing education, workshops, and front-office best practices
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency across multiple databases, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Central Registry, and Medical Billing systems
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Google Workspace
Accuracy, confidentiality, customer service, and teamwork
Reliable personal transportation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Demonstrates professionalism and empathy
Genuine desire to help others
Preferred
At least one year of recovery from substance use
Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use treatment settings
